This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

Union FC is the collective operating name of Union Sports Management, DFC Academy and Bradford Soccer Club.  "Union FC" is a brand and trademark used (with permission) by all three entities.  All recreational soccer activity is operated via Bradford Soccer Club.  Players registering with ‘Union FC’ will be rostered to Bradford Soccer Club.

We invite you to be a part of our Adult Community Soccer Program.  This program encompasses our Community Soccer initiative. 

Joining Union FC, means you will be apart of the largest soccer club in our community, which benefits players of all ages and abilities, from Grassroots to Academy and beyond.

To register your team please login or sign up for an account below. Please note that spaces are limited so be sure to secure your spot early.

IF you are part of a team that has already registered, please contact your captain to make sure you get a discount code that you can apply at the end of this registration process.

INCLUDED:

• 10 Games plus playoffs
• Referee fees are included
• Uniform is included
• Top Goal scorer and Top Goalie awards for regular season
• Prize to the Playoff Champs
• Team standings, goal scorer standings
• 15 players.  $100 for additional players
• Runs from May-September

Team fee for the  Season is $1800 
 

UNIFORM POLICY

Uniforms will be provided by the club and are included in the $1800.  If you do not require the uniforms then  $150 will be deducted from the total.

NOTE:  If you will be using your own Jerseys

•  you must make sure that every Jersey has a different number. 
• All Jerseys must be the same, players without the same Jersey will not be allowed to play.
• If you will be using your own Jerseys, you will need to bring your own Pinnies and use them if your colour clashes with one that the club provided.
